Risk warning. cc.fun is an analytics and routing interface for Solana memecoins. Memecoins are extremely volatile and speculative. You can lose your entire investment. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Always do your own research (DYOR).

1. What cc.fun is

cc.fun is a non-custodial information dashboard that surfaces real-time community activity around pump.fun / Solana tokens and provides an optional swap interface routed through the Jupiter aggregator. Community data is provided by the Coin Communities API.

2. No custody of funds

cc.fun never holds, controls, or has access to your funds or private keys. All swaps are signed directly in your own wallet (e.g. Phantom) and broadcast to the Solana network. We cannot reverse, cancel, or refund any transaction.

3. Platform fee

A 0.1% platform fee is included in swap quotes routed through this interface. The fee is collected on-chain at the time of the swap and is fully reflected in the quoted output amount before you sign. Network and Jupiter routing fees apply separately.

4. No investment advice

All metrics, rankings, scores and labels (e.g. "trending", "ultra-new", "community score") are automated, informational, and may be inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Token data, prices, market caps and liquidity figures come from third-party sources and may be wrong. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that any token is legitimate or safe.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, cc.fun and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the site, including trading losses, smart-contract failures, scam or rug-pull tokens, wallet compromise, or third-party API errors.

7. Your responsibility

Verify every token contract address before trading.
Only connect wallets and approve transactions you understand.
Never invest more than you can afford to lose.
Comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

8. Privacy

cc.fun uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate, anonymous usage. We do not collect personal information and do not link analytics to your wallet address. Your watchlist is stored locally in your browser only. See Google's privacy policy.

9. Eligibility

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and not located in a region where trading digital assets is prohibited. By using cc.fun you confirm you meet these requirements.
